合同履约期限：各包件：本项目服务期限自合同签订之日起期限三年，采取一次招标三年沿用、分三个年度分别签订合同的方式实施。本次合同服务期限自2026年1月起,期限一年        

The Contract Period: For each package: The service period of this project shall commence from the date of contract signing and last for a period of three years. Implementation shall be carried out through a one-off tender process valid for the entire three-year period, with separate contracts executed annually for each year. The service period of this contract shall commence from January 2026 and last for a period of one year.

(c)本项目的特定资格要求：3、本项目接受联合投标。联合投标的须符合招标文件规定：提交联合投标协议且格式符合招标文件要求，联合体成员不得多于2家，联合体各方不得再单独参加或者与其他供应商另外组成联合体参加同一合同项下的政府采购活动。应由联合体主办方在上海政府采购云平台进行报名及投标操作        

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: This project accepts joint bidding. Joint bidders must comply with the provisions of the tender documents: submit a joint bidding agreement in the format required by the tender documents, the number of members in the consortium shall not exceed two, and no party of the consortium shall participate individually or form another consortium with other suppliers to participate in the same contract item of the government procurement activity. The consortium leader should register and bid on the Shanghai Government Procurement Cloud Platform.        

(i)符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定；

(i)Comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the"Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

(ii)未被“信用中国”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中国政府采购网（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单；

(ii)Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, the list of parties to major tax violation cases, or the list of records of serious illegal and dishonestacts in government procurement by "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn), China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn) ;
