Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: Including hotline platform work order (including WeChat) acceptance, dispatch, contact, coordination, review and settlement, hotline platform emergency duty, hotline platform daily management, information processing and analysis, comprehensive assessment index calculation, comprehensive assessment analysis and report preparation, WeChat official account operation management, and related office rent, property fees, hotline telephone, communication cable fees, etc. The specific project content, procurement scope, and specific requirements to be met shall be subject to the corresponding provisions of the bidding documents.
