简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：按要求为浦东新区北蔡镇区范围内59个老小区，39个2年以上动迁商品房小区，24个15年以上早期商品房小区，建筑面积共计618.96万平方米，涉及22家物业公司。包括建筑垃圾、大件垃圾、白色垃圾实施统一清运（不含生活垃圾、绿化垃圾），并做好统计、汇报工作。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: As required, waste collection services will be provided uniformly for 59 old residential communities within the Beicai Town area of Pudong New District, 39 commercial housing communities that have been relocated for more than 2 years, and 24 early-stage commercial housing communities that are over 15 years old. The total construction area covered by these communities is 6.1896 million square meters, involving 22 property management companies. This includes the collection of construction waste, large-item waste, and recyclable waste (excluding household waste and greenery-related waste). Additionally, proper statistics and reporting must be maintained.

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: In accordance with the "Measures for Promoting the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Government Procurement" (CPC Document [2020] No. 46) and (CPC Document [2022] No. 19), if the suppliers meet the requirements stipulated in the documents and belong to medium-sized, small-sized, or micro-sized enterprises, and provide the "Declaration of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises", a 10% price deduction will be given to small or micro-sized enterprises. The price after the deduction will be used as the evaluation price for the review. This project is specifically for procurement by small and medium-sized enterprises and no longer provides a 10% price deduction for small or micro-sized enterprises.
