简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：为进一步改善公元三村、和合、双秀、营房、百曲、梓潼、花墙和秀龙等8个村夹居内宅村、自建房小区的区域综合环境，本项目拟通过公开的方式选择一家合格的供应商负责8个村夹居范围内约1992车大件垃圾的整治、分拣、清运等相关工作。（具体内容及要求详见第三部分服务需求书）。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: In order to further improve the comprehensive regional environment of the Neizhai Village and self-built housing communities in the eight villages of Gongsancun, Hehe, Shuangxiu, Yingfang, Baiqu, Zitong, Huaqiang and Xiulong, this project plans to select a qualified supplier through a public method to be responsible for the remediation, sorting, removal and other related work of approximately 1,992 trucks of bulky garbage within the area of the eight villages. (For specific content and requirements, please refer to Part Three of the Service Requirement Letter).
合同履约期限：12个月（本项目一次招标，三年沿用，合同每年一签）。
The Contract Period: 12 months (this project will be tendered once and will be used for three years, and the contract will be signed once a year).

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1）Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China;
2） Not be listed as a person subject to enforcement for dishonesty, a seriously dishonest taxpayer in respect of major tax violations, or a party with serious illegal and dishonest conduct in government procurement, as recorded on "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn) or the Chinese Government Procurement Website (www.ccgp.gov.cn);
3）Different suppliers whose persons in charge are the same individual, or who have direct shareholding or management relationships with each other, shall not participate in the same government procurement activity under the same contract package;
