简要规则描述：本项目位于浦东新区南汇新城镇范围内，东至 M01-10 地块，南至规划涤清路，西至 M01-03地块，北至 M01-04地块。本项目红线范围内的所有燃气管线拆除及其他因红线范围内燃气管线拆除而实施的搬迁工作，为实施燃气管线拆除搬迁而进行的一切附属工作内容，并负责办理一切前期手续、道路赔补、图纸设计，通过管理部门的验收等一切手续。
Brief Specification Description: This project is located within the jurisdiction of Nanhui New Town in Pudong New Area, bounded by the M01-10 plot to the east, the planned Dixin Road to the south, the M01-03 plot to the west, and the M01-04 plot to the north. All gas pipelines within the project's redline boundary must be dismantled, along with any relocation work necessitated by the pipeline removal. All ancillary tasks related to the pipeline dismantling and relocation shall be executed, including the handling of preliminary procedures, road compensation, design drawings, and all necessary approvals from the administrative authorities.
合同履约期限：计划20个日历天内完成（开竣工日期以实际日期为准）。
The Contract Period: The plan is to complete it within 20 calendar days (the start and completion dates are subject to the actual dates).

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：本次采购若符合政府强制采购节能产品、鼓励环保产品、扶持福利企业、促进残疾人就业、支持中小微企业、支持监狱和戒毒企业等政策，将落实相关政策。

（7）拟派项目负责人：需具备市政公用工程专业二级（含以上级）注册建造师执业资格，具有有效的《安全生产考核合格证书》（B证）。该项目负责人以在上海市住房和城乡建设管理委员会网站上查询为准，在册且无在建项目记录（同一工程相邻分段发包或分期施工的除外，拟派项目经理在磋商响应文件递交时不得调整，不得有在建项目（通过上海市建设市场信息服务平台https://ciac.zjw.sh.gov.cn/查询、截图）；
（8）本项目专门面向中小微企业采购；
（10）本项目不接受联合体投标，不允许分包
