简要规则描述：根据《中华人民共和国网络安全法》、《中华人民共和国数据安全法》、《关键信息基础设施安全保护条例》和网络安全等级保护2.0等国家相关法律法规和政策要求，强化信息系统网络安全基础建设，切实提升网络安全防护能力，推进网络安全等级保护专项工作。采购人现拟委托第三方专业安全机构承担局内信息系统的网络安全等级保护测评与整改服务工作。本项目服务内容涉及上海市浦东新区司法局的浦东纠纷一体化信息系统、浦东矫正指挥中心信息系统、浦东司法局指挥中心，进行等保测评及安全服务保障工作。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
Brief Specification Description: In accordance with the relevant national laws and policies such as the "Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Data Security Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Regulations on Security Protection of Key Information Infrastructure", and the "Cybersecurity Level Protection 2.0", we will strengthen the construction of the cybersecurity foundation of information systems, effectively enhance the cybersecurity protection capabilities, and promote the special work on cybersecurity level protection. The procuring entity now intends to entrust a third-party professional security institution to undertake the cybersecurity level protection assessment and rectification services for the information systems within the bureau. The remaining details are provided in the procurement documents (specific details can be found in Chapter 3 of the procurement requirements).
合同履约期限：签订合同后1年。
