(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. It must possess a Grade III or higher qualification certificate for power construction general contracting issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and also hold a Grade III or higher (including Grade III) Power Facility License for installation, maintenance, and testing issued by the National Energy Administration Regulatory Bureau (or the National Electric Power Regulatory Commission). 2. The project manager must have a registered constructor qualification of Grade II or higher in mechanical and electrical engineering. 3. This project is specifically procured from small and medium-sized enterprises.
