简要规则描述：对上海浦东新区南汇新城镇范围内的潮乐路、电信南北通道、港辉路、港辉路2号、果园老菜场路、果园路、海尚康泽苑、汇角十组、龙吟二村路、龙吟小区东路、龙吟小区中路、芦安路及芦安路2号、芦云路、香港街、新芦苑菜场南北通道、镇政府环路共16条支小路下方排水管道进行修复，恢复管道过水能力，消除雨污水渗漏问题，保障路面及周边地块用户的正常排水需求，本工程所涉及的管道为雨污水管，其中雨水管管径DN150-DN1000，管材主要为波纹管、PVC管、混凝土管。污水管管径DN200-DN300，管材主要为波纹管、PVC管、混凝土管。具体详见工程量清单及图纸。
Brief Specification Description: The drainage pipes beneath 16 small roads within the Nanhui New Town area of Pudong New District in Shanghai, namely Chaole Road, North-South Communication Road of Telecom, Ganghui Road, No. 2 of Ganghui Road, Old Vegetable Market Road of Guoyuan, Road of Guoyuan, Haishang Kangze Yuan, Huijiao Group 10, Longying Second Village Road, East Road of Longying Residential Area, Middle Road of Longying Residential Area, Lu'an Road and No. 2 of Lu'an Road, Lu Yun Road, Hong Kong Street, North-South Communication Road of New Lu Yuan Market, and the Ring Road of the Town Government, have been repaired to restore the water capacity of the pipes and eliminate the problems of rainwater and sewage leakage, ensuring the normal drainage needs of users on the road surface and surrounding plots.
