简要规则描述：水华路社区服务中心位于卓卉路18号，本次服务内容:结合临港新片区科技创新城及建筑室内外风格，有艺术创意、布置布局及色彩造型有记忆点，符合空间功能定位，提供标识系统、空间氛围布局及装饰的设计及深化方案，提供中心楼宇内部、外部整体氛围打造，全域标识系统、 氛围布置布局及形象打造、文化展示、美陈装饰等采购及布设服务。
Brief Specification Description: The Shuihua Road Community Service Center is located at No. 18 Zhuohui Road. The service content of this project is to combine the technology innovation city and architectural indoor and outdoor styles of the Lingang New Area, with artistic creativity, layout, color modeling, and memory points, in line with the spatial functional positioning. We provide design and deepening plans for signage systems, spatial atmosphere layout, and decoration, as well as procurement and layout services for the overall atmosphere of the center building's interior and exterior, including the establishment of a comprehensive signage system, atmosphere layout and image building, cultural display, and beauty decoration.
合同履约期限：自合同签订之日起两个月内完成并通过采购人验收
