Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: The procurement content is for the operation and management platform maintenance project of Shanghai International Tourism Resort. 合同履约期限：本项目一招三年，合同一年一签，首次合同起讫日期为2024年12月6日至2025年12月5日，剩余年度合同待考核合格后续签，具体时间以合同签订日期为准。

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：促进中小企业、监狱企业、残疾人福利性单位发展等政府采购政策。
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: Promote government procurement policies for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, prison enterprises, and welfare units for people with disabilities.
(c)本项目的特定资格要求：3、根据《上海市政府采购供应商登记及诚信管理办法》已登记入库的供应商。
4、为采购项目提供整体设计、规范编制或者项目管理、监理、检测等服务的供应商，不得再参加该采购项目的其他采购活动。
5、单位负责人为同一人或者存在直接控股、管理关系的不同投标人，不得参加同一合同项下的政府采购活动。
6、本项目不接受联合体形式投标。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3. Suppliers that have been registered and put into storage according to the Shanghai Municipal Government Procurement Supplier Registration and Integrity Management Measures. 4. Suppliers who provide overall design, specification preparation, project management, supervision, testing and other services for procurement projects shall not participate in other procurement activities of the procurement project. 5. The same person in charge of the unit or different bidders with direct controlling or management relationships shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract. 6. This project does not accept consortium bidding.
(i)符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定；
