简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：本项目为2025年联勤联动环境综合管理，拟通过公开招标方式选择一位合格供应商协助、配合做好四个综合网格责任区的联勤联动巡查和整治。具体内容包括：（1）负责完成城运中心派发到四个联勤联动工作站的网格工单和热线工单；（2）文明创建相关秩序维护，对街面违规行为和不文明行为进行巡查、劝导和整治；（3）配合市容景观条线检查街面广告牌安全隐患；（4）协助平安办、派出所开展安全护校；（5）配合做好在重大节日、重大活动或其他重要节点对活动场所、宗教场所等开展安全保障；（6）作为应急处突队伍，协助突发事件处置、专项普查检查等各项秩序保障工作，参与防汛抗灾任务，在自身职责和能力范围内解决处理各类突发事件。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）

(c)本项目的特定资格要求：（3）须系我国境内依法设立的法人或非法人组织；
（4）具有省、自治区、直辖市公安局颁发的《保安服务许可证》；
（5）本项目不允许转包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) It must be a legal person or an unincorporated organization established in China according to law; (4) Having a Security Service License issued by the Public Security Bureau of a province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government; (5) Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
