简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：根据上海市市场监督管理局任务下达及浦东新区自主抽检任务安排，2026年，在浦东新区范围内开展粮食加工品，肉制品，乳制品，饮料，速冻食品，薯类和膨化食品，糖果制品，茶叶及相关制品，水果制品，可可及焙烤咖啡产品，食糖，淀粉及淀粉制品，豆制品，蜂产品和保健食品等食品的餐饮环节监督抽检任务。本项目不专门面向中小企业采购。（具体内容及要求详见招标文件第三章—服务需求书。）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: According to the tasks assigned by the Shanghai Municipal Market Supervision Administration and the self-inspection tasks arranged by Pudong New Area, in 2026, supervision and inspection tasks for food items such as grain processing products, meat products, dairy products, beverages, quick-frozen foods, potato and puffed food products, candy products, tea and related products, fruit products, cocoa and baked coffee products, sugar, starch and starch products, bean products, bee products and health foods will be conducted in the Pudong New Area. This project does not specifically target small and medium-sized enterprises for procurement. (For specific details and requirements, please refer to Chapter 3 - Service Requirements in the bidding document.)
合同履约期限：要求合同签订后于2026年11月30日前完成所有抽检工作，并按要求提交检测报告。
The Contract Period: After the contract is signed, all the sampling inspections should be completed by November 30, 2026, and the test reports should be submitted as required.
