简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：对惠南镇辖区内每年约产出的2400车（每车标准荷载量约8吨）农业垃圾进行清运处置，助力惠南镇百姓营造“绿、洁、亮、畅、美”的舒适生活环境，为惠南镇卫生镇、文明镇创建打牢基础。以收运、粉碎、处置资源化利用一体化运作为抓手，着力提高资源化利用水平。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: To collect, transport and dispose of approximately 2,400 truckloads of agricultural waste generated annually within the jurisdiction of Huinan Town (with a standard load of about 8 tons per truck), so as to help create a comfortable living environment of "green, clean, bright, smooth and beautiful" for the residents of Huinan Town, and lay a solid foundation for Huinan Town to build a hygienic town and a civilized town.
Adopting an integrated operation model of collection, transportation, crushing, disposal and resource utilization as the key measure, efforts shall be made to improve the level of resource utilization.
