简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：本项目主要为唐镇农村公路综合养护服务，包括但不仅限于27条农村公路基、路面、桥梁、防护工程、绿化等土建工程以及道路的清扫保洁，经常性保养和修补其轻微损坏部分的作业等。协同采购人及其他相关部门迅速处置应急事件，制定相应的应急预案，除发生不可抗力事件，其他任何情况下必须保持相关设施处于良好的技术状态，实现管养路段各类设施安全良好、规范齐全、通（运）行状况良好。具体内容及要求详见招标文件第三章—服务需求书。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: This project mainly serves the comprehensive maintenance of rural roads in Tang Zhen, including but not limited to 27 rural roads, such as foundations, pavements, bridges, protection works, greening and other civil works, as well as the cleaning and cleaning of roads, regular maintenance and repair of slightly damaged parts. Cooperate with the purchaser and other relevant departments to quickly deal with emergency events and formulate corresponding emergency plans. Except for force majeure events, the relevant facilities must be kept in good technical condition under any other circumstances, so as to achieve good safety, complete specifications and good traffic (transportation) conditions of all kinds of facilities in the managed and maintained sections. For details, please refer to Chapter III-Service Requirements in the bidding documents.
合同履约期限：本项目服务期限为一年有效，自2026年09月11日起到2027年09月10日止。
The Contract Period: The service period of this project is valid for one year, from September 11th, 2026 to September 10th, 2027.
