简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：按照上级和业务管理部门要求，根据排水管网设施养护相关技术标准。对宣桥镇农村地区雨污水管网设施设备进行养护维修相关工作，包括管网设施巡查、管道检修、疏通、窨井清捞、检修，井盖损缺的更换、补足，一体式泵站及处理装置的运行维护等相关工作，配合管理部门及时处置相关投诉工单，确保排水通畅；具体详见招标文件内采购需求。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: In accordance with the requirements of higher authorities and business management departments, and based on the technical standards for the maintenance of drainage pipe network facilities, the maintenance and repair of rain and sewage pipe network facilities and equipment in rural areas of Xuanqiao Town will be carried out. This includes pipe network facility inspections, pipeline maintenance, dredging, manhole cleaning, repairs, replacement and replenishment of damaged or missing manhole covers, operation and maintenance of integrated pump stations and treatment facilities, as well as related tasks. The work will also involve coordinating with management departments to promptly address relevant complaint tickets, ensuring smooth drainage. For specific details, refer to the procurement requirements in the bidding documents.

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (1) Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement on the Credit China website (www.creditchina. gov.cn), the list of major tax illegal dishonest entities, and the list of serious illegal and dishonest behavior records in government procurement on the China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp. gov.cn) [based on credit records within the past 3 years before the deadline for submitting the first response documents].
