Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: To further enhance the appearance and environmental order of Kangqiao Town and elevate the level of refined urban management, this project intends to procure Dongkang rectification assistance services to address the temporal and spatial weaknesses of urban management forces. This will further strengthen the deficiencies in urban appearance, create a clean, orderly, and livable urban environment, and improve the quality of life for residents. (For specific details and requirements, please refer to Part III: Service Requirements Specification).
合同履约期限：2026年10月22日至2027年10月21日。

4) 本项目不允许转包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1) Meet the requirements stipulated in Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China; 2) Not be listed as a dishonesty-stricken person subjected to enforcement, a major tax delinquency dishonesty-stricken entity, or a record of serious illegal dishonesty in government procurement on "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn) or the China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn); 3) Possess a "Security Service License" issued by the public security bureau of a province, autonomous region, or municipality directly under the central government; 4) Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
