(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: This project implements relevant government procurement policies and regulations that support small and micro enterprises, mandate the procurement of energy-saving products, encourage environmentally friendly products, promote employment for people with disabilities, support prison and drug rehabilitation enterprises, serve underdeveloped and ethnic minority areas, restrict the procurement of imported products, establish a standard system for domestic products in government procurement, and provide support for domestic products.        

(c)本项目的特定资格要求：1）水利水电工程施工总承包叁级及其以上资质证书；
2）本项目面向中小型企业。
3）本项目不接受联合体形式投标。        

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1) Qualification certificate for general contracting of water conservancy and hydropower engineering construction at or above the third level; 2) This project is targeted at small and medium-sized enterprises. 3) This project does not accept bids in the form of a consortium.        

(i)符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定；

(i)Comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the"Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

(ii)未被“信用中国”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中国政府采购网（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单；
