简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：根据浦特安委办【2026】2号文件及相关工作要求，确定2026年在浦东新区为1.2万台住宅电梯配备远程监测装置，并由街镇立项组织实施。惠南镇实施购买1040台，均在一般商品房小区，接入市智慧电梯平台并保持实时在线。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: In accordance with Document No. Pu Te An Wei Ban〔2026〕2 and relevant work requirements, Pudong New Area plans to equip 12,000 residential elevators with remote monitoring devices in 2026. The project shall be initiated and implemented by sub-districts and towns. Huinan Town will procure 1,040 sets of such devices, all to be installed in ordinary commercial residential communities. The devices shall be connected to the municipal smart elevator platform and maintain real-time online status.
