简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：为全面提升公安机关低空安全防范与应急处置能力，精准打击“黑飞”无人机驾驶违法违规飞行行为，保障重要场所、大型活动及切实维护公共区域安全，拟采购一台固定式无人驾驶航空器管理设备，本设备为应对城市复杂环境，既可以拆卸携行部署，也可以在车辆上机动部署，支持接入外部目标指示系统。本设备涵盖光源模块和光电跟踪模块。本项目产品未做过进口论证，不接受整体进口产品，本项目不允许分包、转包。（具体内容详见“第二章 项目采购需求”）
按照《中小企业划型标准规定》（工信部联企业﹝2011﹞300号），采购标的对应的中小企业划分标准所属行业为 工业 。

合同履约期限：合同签订后，采购人在收到中标人提供的货物并验收合格后，30个工作日内一次性向中标人支付全部合同款项。
The Contract Period: After the contract is signed, the purchaser shall pay the full contract amount to the winning bidder in a single lump sum within 30 working days upon receipt and successful acceptance the goods provided by the winning bidder.
