Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: To ensure the sweeping and cleaning work of village roads in the town and rural areas of Liuzao Community, Chuansha New Town, as well as the door-to-door collection and transportation of domestic waste and its secondary sorting. The specific project content, procurement scope, and specific requirements to be met shall be subject to the corresponding provisions of the bidding documents.

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (iii) Different suppliers whose heads are the same person or who have a direct holding or management relationship shall not participate in the same government procurement activity under the same contract (except for members of a consortium); suppliers providing overall design, specification preparation, or project management, supervision, testing and other services for a procurement project shall not participate in other procurement activities of the same procurement project. (iv) Branches of a legal person that are established in accordance with the law and have obtained a business license shall be authorized by their legal person to participate in government procurement activities. A legal person and its branches, or different branches belonging to the same legal person, shall not participate in the same government procurement activity under the same contract.
