简要规则描述：为保证书院镇的消防安全，开展本镇辖区内初期火情处置、消防安全巡查等工作：（1）按照要求开展辅助巡逻，协助消防安全隐患排查（22个村居、在地企业、商铺及公共区域的消防安全），及时做好灾害事故的处置；（2）配合公安消防部门做好灭火消防救援，指导村居开展消防逃生演练；（3）配合相关部门做好防汛防台、应急救援、动火监护作业等各项工作；（4）三个社区一级微站的值班值守，三个消防站服务地点:老芦公路1360号周边、新港社区新府路119号周边、东场社区三三公路5055号周边。
Brief Specification Description: To ensure fire safety in Shuyuan Town, we have carried out tasks such as initial fire incident handling and fire safety inspections within the town's jurisdiction: (1) Conducting auxiliary patrols as required to assist in the investigation of fire safety hazards (fire safety in 22 villages, local enterprises, shops, and public areas) and promptly handling disaster accidents; (2) Cooperating with the public security fire department in fire fighting and rescue operations, and guiding villages in conducting fire escape drills; (3) Cooperating with relevant departments in flood and typhoon prevention, emergency rescue, hot work supervision, and other tasks; (4) Duty personnel at three community-level micro-stations, with three fire station service locations: around No. 1360 Laolu Highway, around No. 119 Xinfu Road in Xingang Community, and around No. 5055 Sansan Highway in Dongchang Community.
