简要规则描述：本次实施上水管线搬迁工程，（1）现状康新公路DN300上水管与新建污水管标高冲突需搬迁。（2）现状古恩路DN300上水管位于新建污水顶管井范围内需搬迁。
Brief Specification Description: For this water supply pipeline relocation project: (1) The existing DN300 water supply pipeline on Kangxin Highway has an elevation conflict with the newly constructed sewage pipeline and therefore requires relocation; (2) The existing DN300 water supply pipeline on Guren Road is located within the scope of the newly constructed sewage pipe jacking station and thus requires relocation.
