Brief Specification Description: The Longgang Village Public Facilities and Surrounding Infrastructure Renovation and Upgrading Project involves the renovation and upgrading of the public restroom next to the trash collection shed on Laolu Road and the small restroom at the Senior Citizens’ Activity Center in Tangjiao Group 3, as well as the connection of sewage systems to the main sewer line for the village committee, eight farmhouses on the north side, and other locations. The specific project details, scope of procurement, and requirements to be met shall be subject to the contents of the negotiation documents.
合同履约期限：合同签订生效之日起至质保期结束，计划工期：60日历天（具体开工日期以采购人指令为准）
The Contract Period: From the date the contract is signed and becomes effective until the end of the warranty period, the planned construction period is 60 calendar days (the specific start date shall be subject to the purchaser’s instructions).
