简要规则描述：为深化我镇智能安防体系建设，织密立体化治安防控网络，有效提升基层社会治理水平和群众安全感、满意度，我镇拟启动辖区监控设施升级改造项目。对惠南镇多个区委、村委、多个路口等进行监控系统维修、改造、升级。详见图纸及工程量清单。
Brief Specification Description: To further develop the smart security infrastructure in our town, strengthen the three-dimensional public security prevention and control network, and effectively improve the level of grassroots social governance as well as the public's sense of security and satisfaction, our town plans to launch a monitoring facility upgrade and renovation project within its jurisdiction. This project will involve the repair, renovation, and upgrading of monitoring systems at multiple district committees, village committees, and intersections in Huinan Town. For details, please refer to the drawings and bill of quantities.
