(c)本项目的特定资格要求：（1）具有公路交通工程（公路机电工程）专业承包二级及其以上资质；
（2）具有有效的安全生产许可证；
（3）项目经理具有中华人民共和国住房和城乡建设部颁发的注册建造师，注册专业须为机电工程二级及其以上及其以上资格，并具有有效的安全生产考核证书，且不得在其他项目担任项目负责人；
（4）本项目不允许转包
（5）本项目仅面向中小企业采购。
（6）本项目不接受组成联合体。        

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (1) Possess Class II or above qualification in Highway Traffic Engineering (Highway Electromechanical Engineering) contracting; (2) Hold a valid production safety permit; (3) The project manager must have a Registered Constructor certificate issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China, with a registered specialty of Level II or above in Electromechanical Engineering, possess a valid production safety assessment certificate, and must not serve as project manager on other projects; (4) Subcontracting is not allowed for this project; (5) This project is only open for procurement by small and medium-sized enterprises; (6) Participation as a consortium is not accepted for this project.
