简要规则描述：临港新片区公交公司2027年共有19辆混合动力公交车辆另有5辆安全生产用车，为保障运营需要，现需要为24辆车辆提供的0#B5柴油加油服务，预计燃油消耗量为29.7224万升。提供的0#B5柴油油品应符合国家最新的标准(包括其不时更新的标准)。
Brief Specification Description: Lingang Special Area Public Transport Company will have a total of 19 hybrid public transport buses and 5 work vehicles for work safety purposes in 2027. To meet operational needs, refueling services of 0# B5 diesel are required for these 24 vehicles, with an estimated fuel consumption of 297,224 liters. The supplied 0# B5 diesel shall comply with the latest national standards (including such standards as may be updated from time to time).

（3）单位负责人为同一人或者存在直接控股、管理关系的不同供应商，不得参加同一合同项下的政府采购活动；
（4）本次采购不接受联合体响应，不允许合同转让与分包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (1) Possess a valid Hazardous Chemical Business License and a Retail Approval Certificate for Refined Oil Products covering gasoline and diesel within their permitted scope; (2) This project sources supplies from various suppliers including large, medium, small and micro enterprises, institutional legal persons and other entities; (3) Different suppliers with the same person in charge, or having a direct holding or management relationship, shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract; (4) Consortium responses are not accepted for this procurement, and contract assignment and subcontracting are not permitted.
