Notes to Annex 3

1. The General Notes shall apply to this Annex.

2. With regard to the procurement by Central Trust of China and the Second Office of Ministry of Economic Affairs for entities listed in Annexes 1, 2 and 3, the coverages and thresholds for such entities thereunder shall apply.

3. The Agreement shall not apply to the procurement by China Engraving & Printing Works of banknote printing press (intaglio) (HS. No. 8443).
